[shadow=dimgray,left,300]BOSS GUIDE[/shadow]
Tail Cave: Moldorm
Moldorm is a giant caterpillar-like creature with an aggressive temper. Defeating it is easy: just slash the glowing tail. After each hit, Moldorm will speed up and try to knock you off the platform. If you do fall, climb back up and you'll have to restart the battle. Four hits will stamp out this bug for good. The Full Moon Cello awaits.
Bottle Grotto: Genie
There are two parts to this battle: where Genie hides in his bottle, two where he chases you. Have the Sword and Power Bracelet equipped and move along the bottom wall to avoid the fire balls. Genie will return to the safety of his bottle and jump around. Whack it with your sword and pick up the bottle and toss it against a wall. Dodge his attacks and repeat the bottle smashing. After three times, the bottle will give way and Genie will be free. Hitting him will make him invisible and move to another part of the room. Avoid his fireballs and slash him six times to defeat him.
Key Cavern: Slime Eye
To make Slime Eye appear, use the Pegasus Boots to run into a wall. Next, slash the giant pupil until it looks like it's almost divided, then ram it with your Pegasus Boots. Once the eyes are now separate, they will jump up and down stunning you. It takes three hits per eye to defeat it once and for all. Now you can claim the Sea Lily's Bell.
Angler's Tunnel: Angler Fish
This battle takes place under water and it may be a little tricky. Stay in one place facing Angler and whenever a tentacle comes at you, slash it furiously. When this fish moves up and down, don't follow it or you're more likely to take damage.
Catfish's Maw: Slime Eel
Avoid the eel's spiked tail and when its head pops out from the wall, snag it with the Hookshot. Once you've dragged the head out, swipe the heart as quickly as possible. The tail will still move, so keep an eye out for it when attacking the heart.
Face Shrine: Facade
This boss is a giant face. Have Bombs and your shield equipped and walk across the face. When Facade looks at you, drop a bomb on his face. Use your shield to block the flying tiles.
Eagle's Tower: Evil Eagle
The Mirror Shield and Hookshot come in hand during this battle. When Evil Eagle tries to blow you off the tower, keep pushing towards the center with your shield. When the bird flies just above your head, launch your Hookshot into its beak. After you've done this a few times, Eagle will try to push you off the ledge. You can stop this by holding up the Mirror Shield. Plucking the bird gets you the Organ of Evening Calm.
Turtle Rock: Hot Head
This fiery smiley is not going to let you get the Thunder Drum with out a little fight. Use the Magic Rod to shoot fire at the lava head. When Hot Head jumps in and out of the lava lake, avoid the lava bombs as they cause major damage. When Hot Head starts going nuts and jumping around the room, run along the bottom ledge to avoid contact. Continue using the Magic Rod to inflict damage and after 14 times, Hot Head will expire.
Windfish's Egg: Shadow Bot
Dust this ball of darkness with some Magic Powder. Three times does the trick.
Windfish's Egg: Agahnim
Reflect Agahnim's lightning ball right back at him. Avoid the Split Lightning attacks.
Windfish's Egg: Moldorm
Just go after the tail and use your shield to defend.
Windfish's Egg: Ganon
Equip the Pegasus Boots and ram Ganon for all he's worth. If you have the L-2 Sword, you'll need to ram him 6 times. With the L-1 Sword, you'll need to ram him 12 times.
Windfish's Egg: Lanmola
One hit with the Magic Rod toasts this worm.
Windfish's Egg: Dethyl
One hit with the Boomerang takes care of this monstrosity. If you don't have the boomerang, you'd better have a lot of arrows. Attack when Dethyl opens its eye. When the tentacles come within range, leap over them with the Roc's Feather.
