Magic Powder:
Made from magic mushrooms, Magic Powder has some pretty cool uses. It can light unlit braziers and can have some bizarre effects on monsters. (Found: Witch's Hut)
Bombs:
Bombs are great for making holes in walls, dismembering enemies, activating far off switches and making cool sounds.
Bow:
An expensive weapon but well worth the rupees, the Bow can shoot arrows across gaps to nail distant monsters and switches. (Found: Mabe Village Shop)
Ocarina:
Use this wind instrument to play melodies that can activate warps and wake up sleeping creatures. (Found: Dream Shrine)
Shovel:
The shovel is a great tool to dig up hidden or lost items. (Found: Mabe Village Shop)
Roc's Feather:
A weightless feather that makes you feel lighter than normal when used. When it's equipped, you can leap over holes with no problems whatsoever. (Found: Tail Cave)
Power Bracelet:
With this bracelet equipped, Link can lift immense objects with ease. As well, you can pick up large enemies and throw them. (Found: Bottle Grotto)
Pegasus Boots:
While wearing the Pegasus Boots, Link will run with his sword extended. It's very useful for knocking things off of shelves, breaking through barriers and for pushing enemies out of your way. (Found: Key Cavern)
Flippers:
Link will put the flippers on automatically when hops into the water. With the flippers, you can dive deeper to retrieve lost items and enter submarine caverns. (Found: Angler's Tunnel)
Hookshot:
A very useful item that can be used to latch on to almost anything, the Hookshot will be one of your most valuable tools. It can also bring items to you and can activate some switches. (Found: Catfish's Maw)
Mirror Shield:
Made of polished metal, the Mirror Shield can reflect pretty much anything that's thrown at it. As well, it can take more punishment from enemy attacks and fire. (Found: Eagle's Tower)
